Hope – The Obama Musical I thought I would save this video to post tonight, as it fits with President Obama’s State of the Union Address. Less than a week ago, this German musical premiered in Frankfurt, and it follows the historic US Presidential Election of 2008.

It’s not only DANK that is focusing on making a difference. German TV station ZDF and newspaper Bild held an extremely successful TV telethon to raise money for Haiti last night. At the end of the evening, Germans raised 17.8 million euros ($25 million) and Chancellor Angela Merkel announced that the German government would throw in an additional 2.5 million euros ($3.5 million)!
