Hi Everyone,

Just got home from my 11 day Asian excursion yesterday. Had some trouble with my laptop so had to wait until I got home to upload my blog. Included this time is a picture that I took of the unfortunate FedEx accident site in Tokyo.

When I reached Honolulu, I talked to the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Executive Chef, Ralf Bauer. He just happens to be from Gelsenkirchen, my home town in Germany. He does an awesome Christmas Village display in the hotel lobby every year in December. It is the talk of Honolulu and I have included a link to the Honolulu TV station KITV’s report on this last year. Please click below to view.

Chef Bauer also does the popular Pineapple demonstration three times a week in the lobby of the hotel. People love to learn about the Hawaiian Pineapples but most important are the taste tests. I included a video that I shot with my small Sony camera. Also below I pasted some pictures. Please enjoy.
